|The new development in Ireland is the changes that are occurring in the landscapes in response to the latest tax codes which provides incentives for improvements to the land.
Land owners have added new "Holiday Homes" which are a distraction from the old quaint Ireland that we have all come to associate with the Ireland that we have grown to love.
Music: The Old Rambler
Holiday HomesThis Old place of mine
Iíve been there in rain and wind
And in bright sun shine
A place where Iíve laughed and sinned
Sometimes sitting by the fire gone cold
Or by the window, out which I stare
This house, where Iíve grown old
And still Iím waiting there
Take the well-worn path
That wanders by an ancient rath
Iím waiting here for you
And no one else will do
